I am planning to purchase real estate. I heard that my wife’s presence is required at the transaction. However, she is unable to come due to work. Will my transaction be refused?

The presence of the spouse is not required.
The following originals are mandatory:

1. Your passport
2. Your spouse’s passport
3. Marriage certificate

All documents must have a notarized translation into Russian or Belarusian.
Please note that the translation must be performed only in Belarus!
