Citizens relocating to the Republic of Belarus for permanent residence may import Škoda vehicles as personal property, provided that the vehicle has been in their ownership for at least 6 months prior to the date of obtaining a residence permit. The import must be carried out no later than 18 months from the date of issuance of the document confirming the recognition of the foreigner as having relocated for permanent residence.
The term “individuals” refers to:
— those recognized as having relocated to the Republic of Belarus for permanent residence;
— those intending to relocate to the Republic of Belarus for permanent residence;
— those who have been granted refugee status.
