Citizens of the EAEU after 12+ months abroad have the right to import goods for personal use with a value equivalent to up to €5,000 duty-free (excluding vehicles). Confirmation of residence in a foreign state for the specified period is required — a passport or a biometric passport of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus with a stamp of temporary consular registration.
