📌 To ensure your journey begins with positive emotions rather than an administrative report, it is necessary to strictly observe the established rules.
Upon entry to Belarus, the following documents must be presented to the border guard:
- A valid passport (without a cover) intended for crossing the border (ensure there are no foreign attachments inside: receipts, notes, and—most critically—banknotes);
- Car insurance for vehicles registered outside of Belarus;
- A control stamp confirming payment for disinfection services (in electronic or paper format).
Upon exit from Belarus, the following documents must be presented to the border guard:
- A valid passport intended for crossing the border;
- Car insurance for vehicles registered outside of Belarus;
- A document confirming payment of the local border crossing fee for drivers of vehicles registered both in Belarus and abroad.
Citizens at Checkpoints are Prohibited From:
- Leaving money in documents presented for verification;
- Offering and (or) transferring any material assets to officials, or offering and (or) providing benefits of a property nature;
- Taking photos, recording video, or having mobile phone conversations;
- Committing other actions that obstruct border and other types of control.
In the Area Between the State Border and the Respective Checkpoint, it is Prohibited to:
- Park vehicles;
- Embark or disembark passengers;
- Perform loading and unloading operations;
- Have individuals present for reasons unrelated to crossing the state border.
Administrative liability is provided for citizens’ violation of these requirements (a warning or a fine of up to 50 base units in accordance with Article 24.21 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Administrative Offenses).
